In addition to owning a prestigious and highly successful law firm, David is also the Founder & CEO of The Business Owner Movement (BOM).  He has worked for large law firms, served as president of a venture capital firm, and was corporate counsel to a public company that he helped to raise over $22MD. The BOM was formed in January 2009 as  part of David’s vision to provide a professional support environment that would enable start-up entrepreneurs begin their own business.

David’s specialties include advising on strategies related to corporate formation, business plans, private placement memorandums, financings, buying or selling a business, letters of intents, term sheets, and public offerings.
